government regulations for performing brow treatments on clients.

The solerecognized qualifications for brow treatments are Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, attainable only from accredited beauty schools or
TAFEs.

This shouldn't pose any problem for you to practice in your country. However, you may want to check the regulations in your area.
