Refund Policy

1. Online Trainings & Digital Products

• All digital course purchases are final and non-refundable, whether accessed or not.

• No exceptions will be made due to change of mind, lack of time, technical issues, or personal circumstances.

2. In-Person Training & Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.

• Once content is accessed or delivered, no refund will be issued.

• Cancellation policies for in-person trainings are outlined in section 5 & 6 of the Terms and Conditions.

3. Breach of Terms

• If you breach our copyright or terms (including copying or unauthorized sharing), access is immediately revoked without refund, and legal proceedings may be initiate.
