Terms and Conditions of Sale – BrowRenaissance Academy

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. BrowRenaissance Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.

1. Registration & Communication

By registering for a training or placing an order, you consent to BrowRenaissance Academy storing your details to:

  • Deliver your purchase

  • Grant access to courses

  • Provide billing and service-related information

  • Send promotional and educational updates (if opted-in)

2. Accreditation and Local Regulations

2.1 Our trainings are not accredited by any government entity. This is clearly mentioned on each course page.
2.2 It is your responsibility to verify whether you are legally allowed to offer beauty services in your region. BrowRenaissance Academy is not responsible for your legal compliance.

3. Course Content

3.1 Our programs are based on internal techniques and expertise. Some modules may overlap across courses for continuity and effectiveness. By purchasing multiple courses, you acknowledge that certain content may repeat.

3.2 Content may evolve over time. You will always access the most up-to-date version during your course period.

4. Online Course Access

4.1 Access is granted within 48 business hours after full payment is received. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

4.2 Access is delivered to the email provided at checkout or associated with your payment provider (e.g. PayPal). We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or inactive emails.

4.3 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted, regardless of access or progress.

4.4 In case of unauthorized sharing, copying, or reproduction of course materials, your access will be revoked immediately with no refund and legal action may be taken.

4.5 Any installment payments via PayPal or other platforms are managed solely by the provider. BrowRenaissance Academy is not responsible for payment issues or disputes.

4.6 Access to online content is only unlocked after the full payment is completed.

4.7 You are required to complete all online modules before attending any in-person training. This ensures students have the foundational knowledge necessary for optimal results.

4.8 All photos and videos submitted, or taken during your online training may be used by BrowRenaissance Academy for marketing and promotional purposes, with student credit given.

5. In-Person Masterclasses – France

5.1 Trainings are delivered over one or two days in a group setting.

5.2 Students must bring their own models. Assistance may be provided upon request.

5.3 No starter kits are included unless specified.

5.4 These trainings are not government-recognized or CPF-eligible.

5.5 A CAP Esthétique is required to perform waxing or tweezing. Proof will be required.

5.6 Online modules must be fully completed before attending the in-person session.

5.7 If you cancel after receiving any course content or support, €450 will be retained to cover material and time.

5.8 No refunds will be issued after any payment is validated, via CPF, card, or PayPal.

5.9 No refunds will be made after the date of training.

5.10 Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Deposits do not give access to online content.

5.11 Full payment is due 10 days before the training date. No access will be given before full payment.

5.12 All modules must be completed before the in-person masterclass. Failure to do so may result in denial of attendance with no refund.

5.13 Rescheduling must be requested minimum 2 weeks in advance.

5.14 Photos and videos taken during the training may be used by BrowRenaissance Academy for marketing, with appropriate credit to students.

5.15 Any violation of these terms will lead to immediate cancellation without refund and may lead to legal consequences.

6. In-Person Training – Outside France

6.1 Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • More than 2 weeks before training: 25% of the fee is retained

  • Less than 2 weeks: 50% retained

  • Less than 72 hours: 100% retained

6.2 Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 weeks before the training date.

6.3 Full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to training.

6.4 Deposits are non-refundable.

6.5 Images and videos taken during training may be used for marketing purposes with proper credit.

Promo Codes & Currency

  • Promo codes must be entered before checkout. No adjustments after purchase.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD $) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice.
